Teen Accused of killing classmates faces judge

18-year-old Josh Quaderer faced a judge in Saginaw County with his family on his right and the familes of his friends on his left.

Those friends, 18-year-old John Muro and 15-year-old Anthony Larkin Junior, were killed April 2 as they were walking down Seymour Road in Teymouth Township. The driver at the wheel was Quaderer.

The prosecution is arguing that the act was not premeditated and was not intentional, but Quaderer's actions caused the boys' deaths.
