Gov. Jennifer Granholm is spending the afternoon in Washington D.C. today, to meet with President Obama to sign a bill that is expected to help Michigan small businesses create jobs. It is unknown how many jobs will result from the $42 billion bill, that has been modeled after the Michigan Supplier Diversification Program.
